With 18 years in schools encompassing roles from Assistant Headteacher, School Improvement Leader, Head of English, Lead Practitioner to ECT mentor and coach, I have developed a mature understanding of both school improvement and staff development within the context of effective teacher training.
I am a member of the Society of Education Consultants (SOC), Chartered College of Teaching and The Tutors' Association, where I utilise evidence-based practices that align with modern educational standards, professional growth, and innovation—principles that are central to the services I provide.
