As a former Head of English and Lead Practitioner, I provide training specifically for English education success. Coaching and Mentoring
I offer personalised support for English teachers through tailored coaching and mentoring, focusing on refining pedagogy, enhancing exam delivery, and boosting confidence. This approach, informed by engagement with the Chartered College of Teaching and 20 years of mentoring experience, is designed to improve learning outcomes for students, and to make teachers highly adept in the classroom.
Improving Student Engagement & Attainment
There are those that teach every day but are unaware of how effectively their lessons are being absorbed. This is where my expert assessment of classroom management, schemes of learning and lesson observation data can lead to enhanced levels of student engagement and progress through increased levels of challenge, differentiation and rigour.
